On September 18th, the Science Council of Japan is holding an online symposium entitled “Asian Viewpoints on the War in Ukraine: The Diversity of Worldwide Perspectives and Japan’s Options” Tokyo College Director Professor HANEDA Masashi will take part as a panelist.
