An article by Professor HANEDA Masashi (Tokyo College Director) entitled "Listening to the Non-Western Voices of International Society: The Historical Experiences Behind Diversity" (欧米以外の「国際社会」の声を聴く-多様性の背後にある歴史経験) has been published in the foreign affairs magazine Gaikō vol. 73 (May/June 2022) in a special issue on the topic of "World on the Brink" (「瀬戸際」に直面する世界).

This article examines the various views held by countries that differ from that of the G7 nations, as well as the historical background behind such viewpoints.
