Annual Performance Report

Researchers employed by Tokyo College are required to submit an annual performance report each year.

・Period of activity to report: April 1 to March 31(in accordance with the Japanese academic year).
・Researchers will submit the report by the deadline in April of the following year using a designated form distributed via email from the office staff.
・The content of the report is outlined below.

1. Name and position
2. Period of appointment
3. Description of your research topic
4. Your annual academic performance (peer-reviewed papers, non-peer-reviewed papers, work-in-progress papers, books, lectures/talks, teaching, collaborative projects you are involved in, awards/external funding)
5. Your contributions to Tokyo College administration
6. Other achievements and contributions (if any)
