Health Checkup

Upon Hiring

Full-time employees of the University of Tokyo and part-time employees who work 29 or more hours a week are required to take a health checkup upon employment. However, if you have had a checkup in the previous 3 months that satisfies the checkup items designated by the University of Tokyo, you can be exempt from this checkup by submitting a copy of the results to the administrative office. Annual Health Checkup

Full-time employees and part-time employees who work 29 or more hours a week are required to undergo a health checkups once a year and on other specially scheduled occasions. This is in accordance with the Industry Safety and Health Law and Regulation and the work regulations of the University of Tokyo. More details regarding this checkup will be given to you from Tokyo College Secretariat.
