Lounge and Meeting Room Guide

Guidelines

Please review the guidelines for using the meeting rooms and lounges before use.

How to Reserve

You may reserve a room using Google Calendar. (Invited researchers must contact research.support@tc.u-tokyo.ac.jp in order to make a reservation.)

If you do not have access to the Google Calendar for the room you wish to reserve, please contact tokyo.college.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp.

Laptop computers

You can connect to Zoom using the computer available in the room. If you would like to share materials over Zoom during a meeting, you must upload your materials to the designated folder ahead of time. Please contact tokyo.college.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp for the link to the folder.

If you login to Zoom using your personal account, please remember to logout when you are finished.

If you have forgotten the password to the computer, please contact  tokyo.college.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp.

611　Seminar Room

Capacity：Approx. 35

Amenities: 75” monitor, 43” monitor (movable), camera, lavalier microphones (3), handheld microphones (5), laptop computer, Tokyo College banner stand, Tokyo College backdrop, lights (2), signboard

*Please note that the 6th floor is not protected by an automatic door. In order to ensure the safety of the electronic equipment in the meeting room, please make sure to lock the door whenever you leave the room, even for a short period of time.

731　Octagon Room

Capacity: 13

Amenities: Projector, projector screen, video camera, microphone set-up for online meetings, laptop computer, Tokyo College backdrop, lights (2)

732　Small Meeting Room

Capacity: 6

Amenities: Microphone set-up for online meetings, laptop computer

710　7th Floor Lounge *No reservation required, unavailable for private use

Capacity: 18

Amenities: Projector, projector screen, 43” television, copier, paper shredder, handheld microphone, whiteboard, lights (2), electronic keyboard

*Please see the guide to the multifunction printer  for more information on how to use this machine for printing and copying.

* In addition to use with headphones, the electronic keyboard can also be played at a volume suitable for Zoom meetings.

631　6th Floor Lounge * Water available *No reservation required, unavailable for private use

Capacity: 10

Amenities: Copier, whiteboard, sink
