Note
1.Formal events will be advertised through the College posters, the event page on the website, the College social media, YouTube, and will include simultaneous interpretation.
2.Informal events will not be advertised through YouTube or other College PR channels like posters and social media. These will be announced only on the College website under the News section.
3.Posters of Collaborative Project Event should be sufficiently distinguished from Tokyo College's Official event poster in design and content:
- (Co-)Organizer's name should be listed in full description including the group name. Ex. Gender, Sexuality & Identity collaborative research group, Tokyo College, UTokyo.
- Contact email should be the one handled by the group.
- UTokyo logo (advanced application is required) or Tokyo College logo is available for use. For further information, read here.
Remarks
・We no longer use "Event Proposal Form".
・Suggestions for speakers and events in category 1 and 2 can be proposed to the Director by email (tokyo.college.director.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
