Distinguished Professor FUJITA Makoto Wins Best Scientific Development Award

Distinguished Professor FUJITA Makoto received the Palladium Global Science Award in Best Scientific Development for his project "Self-assembly Construction of Cages and Porous Molecular Materials via Coordination Chemistry," which achieved the introduction of a new construction principle of metal-directed self-assembly.

The Palladium Global Science Award was established in 2025 to promote scientific research and development using palladium—from new materials and science-intensive technologies to unique pilot programs and projects to improve existing technologies.
