ウズベキスタンにおける障害者の権利と社会的包摂を提唱し、研究者、社会活動家、および国際開発コンサルタントとして活動している。中央アジアで台頭しつつある障害者の権利運動の協働者として、民族誌的手法および参加型研究手法を用いて、様々な形態の機能障害を持つ人々の社会的排除について分析している。
ポストドクトラル・フェローとして注力する研究テーマは、障害者の包摂的な雇用支援の最適化である。このテーマは、障害者の排除に関する博士論文と、共同設立者を務めたNGO Sharoit Plusでの実務経験から直接的な示唆を得ている。NGO では、ウズベキスタンの障害を持つ求職者と雇用主を結びつけることに特化した採用ポータルサイト「IshPlus.uz」の立ち上げを支援した。
日本での研究では、日本を含む各国の効果的な政策と成功事例を分析し、政府、市民社会および企業の協働的な役割を探求する。日本企業が多様性、公平性、包摂性（DEI）の原則をいかに統合しているか、また、AIやオンライン求人マッチングプラットフォームといった革新的なソリューションが、いかにしてよりアクセス可能で公平な労働市場を創出できるかについて、強い関心を持っている。
また、宗教と障害の関係性、社会変革のための参加型映像制作、市民社会開発、包括的な高等教育、そして社会保護についても更に広範な調査を継続する。
